Online Trainings

Learn how to teach yoga & mindfulness to children, at your own pace from the comfort of your home. Our online training courses are designed to give you the confidence and skill set to share the benefits of yoga with the teens in your life.

Teaching Teen’s Yoga

8-Week Training


Learn how to teach yoga to teenagers. This course will give you the confidence and skills to teach yoga classes to support adolescents’ lifelong health and wellness.

Perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to teach yoga lessons to teens, especially for physical education, health, sports, after school programs, and yoga studio classes.

Trauma-Informed Yoga for Youth

8-Week Training


Learn how to share trauma-informed yoga tools with youth to help them feel safe, empowered, and self-regulated. This course builds on “Teaching Teen’s Yoga” training.

Perfect for anyone who wants to learn the applications of yoga for youth considered “at-risk,” especially school social workers, counselors, and mental health professionals.



Option 2: We Do It For You 

Online Yoga Classes

Enjoy access to fun, engaging classes that teach teenagers (and adults!) the basics of yoga and mindfulness. Through our classes, teens will practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, visualizations, and relaxation activities. Just press play on online mindfulness and movement classes for all ages, anytime, anywhere.
