Online Trainings

Chair Yoga for Children

Learn how to adapt yoga to the chair. Chair yoga requires no equipment or outside experience, and focuses on providing one to fifteen minute “brain breaks” for children to use in their day-to-day.

Perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to share simple, easy-to-use yoga and mindfulness tools with the children they work with, from classroom teachers to mental health professionals.
