Danielle C., Educator | United States

“[I have] the dream of using yoga to promote healthy youth development and transform education in schools. [I am] now equipped with the scientific evidence of the benefits, the tools needed to design valuable learning experiences for children through yoga (a real “tool belt”!), as well as the practice and confidence to make it happen!”

Juna M., Yoga Teacher | Nepal

“Never thought an online course could be so ‘complete’. The recorded videos of the weekly sessions really complemented the other (great) videos and pdf material. The brain learning part was really fascinating – it’s even helped me to be a better parent.”
