Hi, I am Sara Guadix Coca. I am a science teacher and yoga and mindfulness teacher, too. Mindfulness for me means is a style of life. I try to be mindful and be in the present every moment, and yoga is a style of life too. For example, the yamas and niyamas—how you are with other people or be with yourself. I think Yoga Ed. has the best teachers for yoga in general. I love how they interest me, and their explanations. They are very wonderful teachers. I completed the 95-hour RCYT training with trauma-informed focus in September, 2020. [pause] From this course, I took away some skills, like activities that I can use everyday in my class. I start everyday in my class with being in the present moment. At first, my students asked me “Why do we start with this everyday?” I said “We need to be in the present and know how we feel before starting class.” They have given all good feedback about the activities from the Yoga Ed. course. I recommend this course for every person who wants to improve themself, improve in the class, and help their students. If teachers love their work and subject, this can improve their work in general. Now, in this situation these days, this course is very helpful for the class.
