Becca Wertheim Davis is a former elementary school teacher and assistant principal who has a passion for trauma-informed, healing-centered practices in schools. Becca has her Master’s in Educational Leadership/School Administration with a concentration in Social Justice. A graduate of Asheville Yoga Center’s teacher training, Becca is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). As a classroom teacher, Becca regularly integrated mat yoga, chair yoga, and mindful practices into her daily lessons. Yoga also played an integral role in her self care throughout her time as a teacher and administrator.
Becca enjoys sharing yoga and mindfulness with other educators and writes about all things education on her blog, The Teacher’s Passport. When she’s not on her mat or sharing yoga love via social media, you can find her hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains of her home in Asheville, North Carolina.
