Often, when we think of health and wellness, the first thing we think about is our bodies: how “in shape” or “out of shape” we are. However, wellness is deeper than our bodies. It is a dynamic process of change and growth that leads to living a happier, more fulfilling life as a human being. It is faceted like a diamond. There are many aspects or dimensions of wellness that contribute toward your overall wellness.
