Focus – Trauma-Sensitive Chair Yoga for Teens

Designed for adolescents ages 13 to 18, these classes are accessible, effective lessons in mindful movement for the whole class or the whole family.

Please note: This class is meant to support youth who may have experienced trauma. Please ensure that an adult who is trained in trauma-informed practices is present when taking this class.

Enjoy access to fun, engaging classes that teach children (and adults!) the basics of yoga and mindfulness. Through our streamable classes, kids will practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, visualizations, and relaxation activities. All classes are created with a skill set in mind, so kids can practice and embody the skill through mindfulness and movement.
