As schools continue to face challenges related to the COVID-19 Pandemic we created this toolkit to provide adults and youth with mind-body resources to develop and strengthen healthy approaches to managing emotions and exploring effective coping strategies, especially in times of challenge and uncertainty.
This toolkit includes adaptable resources suitable for a variety of settings and time frames: each tool may be as brief as 1 minute or expanded as needed. Use the tools individually or all together to tailor your own experience, gaining the benefits of self-awareness and cultivating the mind-body connection, now and for the long term.
