I loved this course for many reasons. I loved working at my own pace. The content was excellent and provided a good balance between theory/research and practical. As a first grade teacher for many years, and a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who teaches group fitness classes, I can tell you that your course will provide a wonderful launching point for those who chose to explore teaching chair yoga. Thank you!
This course is helpful for those who may be uncomfortable or unsure about how to get started with teaching yoga in their classroom. The techniques are easy to learn and very teachable to all levels of learners.
I just wanted to thank you for being such an amazing instructor. You were so patient, thoughtful and kind to me. Your feedback was always an eye opener and a “Aha” moment for me. I learned so much from you!
The Yoga Ed. training was FABULOUS. I am thrilled to have these resources and training and start trying to implement and practice.
At The New School, the university I work at, equity, inclusion, and social justice are ingrained in all that we do and it is a privilege to be able to participate in a program that champions that.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and inspiring instruction. It has been extremely helpful as I prepare for school in the fall. I can’t wait to try out all these wonderful activities, poses, and breathing techniques.
