Our programs are backed by a firm evidence base. Grounded in anatomy, physiology and neuroscience, and taught through a lens of child development, Yoga Ed. programs optimize the benefits that yoga can bring to children, teens, and adults.
Yoga Ed. programs have ESSA Tier 1 Strong Evidence to support its use in schools. Studies conducted by Harvard, Tulane, and California State University of Fullerton have found that Yoga Ed. programs can improve physical, emotional, social, and mental health for all ages.
