Help youth feel safe, empowered, and self-regulated.

More than 2 out of 3 youth will experience a traumatic event by age 16
When children and teens are traumatized, the body becomes an unsafe place. Trauma affects how we breathe, the ways we relate, and how we live. More than two-thirds of youth report at least one traumatic event by age 16, which can affect mental and physical health for years after the event.
Trauma-informed yoga can help address and heal symptoms of trauma, as well as build resilience and stability.
