Building life skills through social and emotional learning.

SEL gives children the tools to thrive.
If education is to be effective, it must address the whole child. Not just in their academic growth, but in their social and emotional development as well. After all, we are all more than brains and bodies. We are living, breathing, dreaming, and feeling beings who are living in connection with others.
That’s why Social Emotional Learning is an essential part of our curriculum. Through Yoga Ed.’s programs, students develop SEL competencies and learn to better understand themselves, navigate their thoughts and feelings, develop friendships, and build kindness, empathy, and community.
