Mary Crowley

Mary Reeds Crowley is an artist and yoga instructor who practices, teaches, and lives yoga on the east side of Oahu. A White Lotus certified yoga instructor, Mary had the privilege of studying directly under Tracey and Ganga White, gaining her 200-hour as well as Advanced Yoga Teaching certifications in Vinyasa yoga. While teaching adults has been and continues to be very fulfilling to Mary, her experience as a preschool teacher, a nanny, and now a mother to two, deeply inspires her to share the many benefits of yoga with kids. As a Yoga Alliance certified Kids and Families yoga teacher and Yoga Ed. Trainer, Mary hopes to bring the gift of yoga to the world, through our keiki, our future.

My daughter has enjoyed yoga with Mary more than any other after school activity she’s had so far. She comes out with a smile on her face after every class excited to show me the poses she learned and the fun games they played. I’ve taken my daughter to a few regular yoga classes before and she was bored half-way through. Mary tailors the class to make it fun and engaging for young students, while still getting all the benefits of yoga.

Trainer for Honolulu, Hawaii, bringing the benefits of yoga education to PK-12 schools, teachers, and diverse organizations. Harmony has founded her own company, HarmsaStar, with goals of artistic expression, integrity, community, and collaboration. Harmony is truly humbled to be part of both the arts and yoga communities, professions, and movements in Hawaii. She is presently working as Lead Resource Teacher at Holy Nativity School, where she also previously served as the Health and Wellness Director.

Harmony Turner has given our students in the after school program a wonderful chance to experience yoga in a comfortable environment. The students are always excited to see Harmony and can’t wait to get started. She gets the kids calmed down after a busy school day and centered on their breathing and movement. Our teachers have also participated in a yoga class with Harmony and definitely saw the benefits.
