Course Credit

While we have students nationwide, each school has its own set of rules about licensure and re-certification. Please check with your school to verify acceptance of course credit.

Currently, Yoga Ed. partners with the following organizations to grant course credit.

LMU is regionally accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) with program-specific accreditation by the California State Commission on Teacher Credentialing and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP, formerly NCATE).

Courses taken through Loyola Marymount University (LMU) provide graduate-level professional development credits and a university transcript is available upon completion of the course.

Professional Development credit may be appropriate for teachers requiring non-degree and/or post-baccalaureate credit which may be used to satisfy professional advancement requirements such as salary movement and recertification credits.
