There are only so many hours in your school day, so making the most of every second is critical. And as fellow educators, we too have faced the roadblocks of a ticking clock and students who are not learning-ready, to say the least.

Our classes are created with these exact challenges in mind and designed to help you maximize every learning moment. So although a yoga break may take 5-10 minutes out of your day upfront, we guarantee that you’ll notice vast improvements in your teaching experience and your students’ learning outcomes in the end.

The most important thing to do is to get started. Remember when starting out with Yoga Ed. classes (as with any new routine) it takes repetition and consistency to build a habit that sticks. The good news is the more you do something, the easier it becomes.

Start off by making an achievable goal. We suggest you try 2 to 3 classes per week. After a month, increase to 3 to 4 classes per week. To maximize benefits for you and your students, ideally you would do 5 classes per week (1 per day).
